In the workplace it is very difficult to know with whom will have to share during the workday with. The same applies to a chief, as it is almost impossible to choose and to understand. Some of the qualities that a good leader should have are patience, understanding and a little humility. As a result, instead of having a boss, we have a friend or counselor who can help and correct us when we are making a mistake.
