More Extreme Weather

In addition to the impacts on the environment, more extreme weather changes are others effects caused by global warming such as storms and droughts. According to a study led by Bob Corell, who is an American scientist, was found that storms have become powerful. For example, the average peak storm wind speeds have increased about 50% since the 1970’s.

Another effect is the drought, which can have significant environmental, agricultural, health, economic and social consequences such as the lack of the ability to use the land to grow the food sources. Also another consequence is the continuous loosing of the capability to maintain the water flow.
